GLOBAL is an international evidence profile. Local restrictions and product eligibility still apply; it does not establish worldwide permission.
Binance.US is the US trading platform operated by BAM Trading Services, Inc., not the global Binance.com service. The distinction matters: product access, legal history and geographic limits attached to one company do not automatically apply to the other. This review uses a dated evidence snapshot, not a fresh check of current account access or pricing.
This profile is not yet rated. The practical case for considering Binance.US is its documented spot-fee schedule and range of trading features; the main cautions are state exclusions, limited evidence about reserves, and the fact that a published fee does not establish your total transaction cost.
Who this exchange suits
Binance.US may suit an adult in a supported state who wants spot trading, recurring buys or staking and is comfortable checking the cost shown for each specific order and withdrawal. It is a poor fit if you live in New York, need derivatives, or want a fixed withdrawal fee before starting a transaction.
The operator is BAM Trading Services, Inc. The evidence record identifies it as the US operator and distinguishes it from Binance.com, a separate global service with its own company, products and jurisdiction. 18 That means a US reader should assess Binance.US on its own terms rather than assume the global brand's access or product range applies.
For a decision, start with your state and intended transaction. Then review the applicable order fee and the withdrawal quote before confirming. A low maker fee is useful only when your order uses that route.
US access and New York restrictions
The US availability record checked September 25, 2026, lists Alaska and Ohio among the excluded states and territories, along with New York, Texas and others. 7 Platform access is not identical to eligibility for every product: the same evidence record describes Kansas and Wisconsin as crypto-only states, where USD deposit and withdrawal rails are unavailable even though some crypto functions are available. 714
New York is a separate and clear limit. The US-NY record says Binance.US is unavailable there; the evidence record attributes this to the absence of a BitLicense and NYDFS trust charter. 910 A general US availability label does not override that state-specific status.
Keep the entities separate, too. BAM Trading Services, Inc. operates Binance.US, while Binance.com belongs to a different company. The international restrictions or product details of Binance.com do not establish what a US resident can use on Binance.US. 18
Before making plans, check the current supported-state information for your residence and confirm that the particular product you want is available to your account. State eligibility can affect the practical value of a feature even when the company-level product list includes it.
Trading fees and withdrawal costs
The spot schedule checked September 25, 2026, lists a 0% maker fee and a 0.02% taker fee on the base schedule. Binance.US describes the pricing as having no hidden fees, but that is the company's fee presentation, not an independent guarantee that every route has the same total cost. 56
| Documented item | Dated value and scope | Practical implication |
|---|---|---|
| Spot maker order | 0% base fee, checked September 25, 2026 56 | Applies to the maker route, not automatically to every order. |
| Spot taker order | 0.02% base fee, checked September 25, 2026 56 | Use the applicable order route when estimating a trade. |
| Fee presentation | Binance.US says there are no hidden fees 56 | Treat this as the company's description; check the fee shown for your transaction. |
| Crypto withdrawal | Dynamic network-fee model; amount is shown before confirmation 626 | There is no fixed BTC withdrawal amount in the supplied evidence. |
The withdrawal cost is not a single published BTC figure. Binance.US says its crypto withdrawal fee is calculated dynamically and presented before the transaction is confirmed. 626 Review that quote separately from the trading fee; the maker and taker rates do not cover a network withdrawal.
Security, reserves and incident history
Binance.US documents cold storage and account security features including passkeys and two-factor authentication. 161719 These are controls the company reports, not a promise that an account cannot be compromised or that assets will always be accessible.
The company describes its platform as full-reserve, with customer and corporate funds accounted for separately and most assets held offline in the United States. 1 The supplied record does not identify a separate Binance.US proof-of-reserves report or reserve attestation. Do not treat the global Binance.com reserve materials as evidence for BAM Trading Services; they concern a different entity. 124
The dated enforcement record is distinct from a security incident. In June 2023, the SEC filed a case alleging the offer of unregistered securities against Binance.US and Binance Holdings; in May 2025, the SEC voluntarily dismissed its case against Binance.US, with no fine paid by the US operator in this record. 8 The complaint was an allegation, and the later dismissal is not a finding that the allegations were proven.
The supplied evidence record lists no verified, dated security incident attributed to Binance.US. That is a limit of the documented record, not proof that no incident has ever occurred.
Products, support and evidence limits
The product record includes spot trading, staking and recurring buys; it does not list derivatives. Recurring buys are a company-level product flag, not proof that every account or state can use the feature. 131415 The evidence record lists 190 US crypto assets, while New York has a separate recorded count of zero. 16
The support record includes phone support but does not list 24/7 live chat. A documented channel does not establish how quickly a person will receive a reply or whether an issue will be resolved. 1718
The evidence record does not provide measured execution quality, account-level product eligibility, or a fixed crypto withdrawal price. It also does not establish a Binance.US reserve attestation. Those gaps matter if your decision depends on a particular coin, transaction route or proof of reserves.
How to decide whether it fits
Use this checklist before relying on the service:
- Identity and geography: Confirm you mean Binance.US, operated by BAM Trading Services, Inc., and check your state. New York is excluded in the supplied record. 17910
- Intended operation: Match your plan to documented features. The record includes spot, staking and recurring buys, but not derivatives. 131415
- Cost or status limit: Check the order route and any withdrawal quote before confirming. The base spot rates do not establish an all-in cost. 5626
- Custody boundary: Consider the company's stated controls alongside the absence of a separate Binance.US reserve attestation in this record. 124
- Next step: Check the current state and product terms for your account before moving funds; the evidence here is a dated snapshot.
Binance.US is a conditional fit for a supported-state reader whose needs match its documented products and who is willing to inspect transaction-specific costs. It is not a fit for a New York resident or someone who requires derivatives or a fixed withdrawal amount. Do the stated charges cover every transaction?
No universal total is established. The 0% maker and 0.02% taker figures are base spot rates, while crypto withdrawal fees are dynamic and shown before confirmation. 5626
